Salem Maratime NHP

This National Park unit protects the old waterfront of this important colonial shipping port. This picture is of the Friendship of Salem, a replica of a shipping vessel of the time.
Salem is more famous for the Salem Witch Trails of 1692, which still attracts more visitors to the town than the National Park does.
