Bataria Preserve
Chalmette BattlefieldJean Lafitte National Historical Park contains six separate units preserving natural and cultural resources of Louisiana's Mississippi Delta region. The six units of the park include the Acadian Cultural Center in Lafayette, the Prairie Acadian Cultural center in Eunice, the Wetlands Acadian Cultural Center in Thibodaux, the Chalmette Battlefield located just south of New Orleans, the Bataria Reserve and the French Quarter Visitor Center in the city.
