The Aalsmeer Flower Auction is located just South of Amsterdam and is a live auction where growers from all over the world come to bid on flowers. It is truly one of the most fascinating side trips from Amsterdam, but one that very few people do because it requires a very early morning, since the auction only runs from 7-11 A.M.See more pictures here.
